• Plan and implement product marketing strategies and promotional activities for the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment between clinical value and customer needs. • Promote orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, and advanced wound management solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals through tailored product presentations, clinical discussions, and evidence-based positioning. • Deliver clinical demonstrations, in-service trainings, and educational programs to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff to ensure safe, effective, and optimal product use. • Attend surgical cases and scrub in with surgeons to provide hands-on technical and clinical support, including product preparation, handling, and intraoperative assistance. • Support procedures across a wide range of specialties, including Orthopedics, Burn Care, Craniomaxillofacial (CMF), Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and related surgical fields. • Act as a clinical and technical resource in the operating room, assisting surgeons during procedures and contributing to successful clinical outcomes and product adoption. • Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads within key surgical accounts and supporting portfolio expansion. • Organize and coordinate product training sessions, workshops, and site visits, strengthening customer engagement and confidence in product use. • Maintain strong post-sales engagement by providing ongoing clinical follow-up, technical support, and education, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
