Liaise between the guest and accommodations: modification of reservations, handling special requests and complaints by phone and e-mail;

* Assist the Product Development Executive in her day to day tasks and in the compilation of statistics and reports * Input tariffs on the systems * Assist in the preparation of marketing tools (brochures, adverts, newsletters etc) * Liaise with suppliers as and when required * Perform administrative work like stock control for materials and documents management * Other duties linked to the Marketing department
