My professional journey began in the field of public health, where I worked in occupational health services and discovered my passion for creating safer, healthier workplaces. Later, life led me to a completely new environment — the construction industry. Within the Danucem Group, I started at Ferrobeton as a Health & Safety Technician, ensuring safety and compliance in the production of prefabricated and prestressed concrete elements for infrastructure and residential projects. It was a hands-on experience that taught me resilience, precision, and the importance of teamwork in a demanding manufacturing setting. Today, I continue this journey at Premac, also part of the Danucem Group, where I’ve embraced a new challenge in paving production. Danucem is part of the global CRH Group, which provides an incredible opportunity to learn, share knowledge, and gain insights from experts and best practices around the world. Each step of my path has reminded me that growth often comes when we step outside our comfort zone — and that every experience, no matter how different, can expand our perspective and strengthen our purpose. I’m driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a belief that meaningful change begins with people who care about what they do.
