Mentoring phase under IDARA programme: • developed a project planning for our topic “social cohesion” • led the team • conducted research and analysis • identified potential solutions and innovative interventions •communicated with team through providing project’s updates, challenges, milestones and seeking feedback •raised awareness about our social issue and engaged in public outreach

The IDARA programme is offered by localised management consulting in partnership with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. • Built professional network and met top tier public figures. The internship phase focused on: Theory of Centered democracy focusing on the impact of liberalism on today changing world. Leadership focusing on developing values, personal engagement and accountability. Emotional Intelligence and critical thinking focusing on self-judgment and discernment. Project management focusing on strategic thinking and efficient ways of doing. Political intelligence and power of networking focusing on winning strategies, tactics and milestones. Socio-political mindset of centered citizens focusing on Lebanon context: history, challenges and solutions. Personal organisational and team management focusing on a well-being and healthy work environment. Direct study on public policy, advocacy, lobbying focusing on monitoring and evaluation of processes.

• training at the production department: - good manufacturing practices (GMP) training - manufacturing process: dispensing *solid preparation, dry/wet granulation (D4,D3B,Express, KAIS250, Zanasi Pratica machines) compression/ encapsulation coating *liquid preparation -Packaging process (liquid/solid drugs) - safety protocols - installation qualification (IQ) , operation qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) • training at the regulatory department: -Certification of pharmaceutical product CPP overview -Variation overview - end to end process and optimisation overview -Overview on regulations in lebanon and GCC countries • training at the medical affairs and pharmacovigilance department: -SOP overview -PUSF overview -PMSF overview -PV training

• Created and led an out of the box and innovative free educational program aiming to connect and empower pharmacy students worldwide. • Collaborated with over 10 universities worldwide. • Demonstrated strong leadership , team work and project management skills by leading the project, working collaboratively with the team and regularly following up the full process. • Managed the project from planning the full curriculum to implementing the program with effective strategies. • Worked on developing the creativity of the students, and equipping them with necessary tools and skills to present an innovative project that would improve the healthcare sector. • Fostered cultural diversity as students where working with peers from different countries to work as a team and share their ideas, challenges, concerns and different perspectives. • Inspired the new generation to venture beyond conventional approaches to advance the healthcare sector. • Aiming to have a significant impact on the long-term sustainability of healthcare practices • On going work on the program’s performance quality improvement • Received professional recognition at the ANNUAL MENA pharmacy congress 2023 ,and LAU Annual PGYI conference

• Conducted a cost-effectiveness study and developed a persuasive drug monograph to influence decision-makers to add a drug to the hospital formulary and research on potential clinical trials and provide data-driven recommendations to include a potential drug to the hospital formulary. • Analysed key performance indicators (KPIs) , JCI accreditation standards to track and improve medication management, demonstrating the ability to analyze complex data and assist with actionable insights. • Learned how to use various of software technology including drug information databases, and data analysis tools, to support clinical decision-making. • Assisted in managing the hospital pharmacy department by overseeing medication dispensing, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. • Developed proficiency in preparing chemotherapy following all safety protocols under supervision.

• Developed an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in providing quality patient care. • Analysed patients’ problems and developed solutions that meet the unique needs of each patient due to the shortage of drugs and the financial crisis the country is facing. • Analysed patients data, Documented medication errors , adverse drug reactions and interactions, and Provided interventions approved by the physician and pharmacist. • Assisted with technical work and medication dispensing • Assisted in managing complex medication regimens and identify potential drug interactions or adverse reactions • Developed proficiency in writing and preparing the narcotics black book of the hospital pharmacy. • Participated in a journal club to analyse the latest research on daratumumab, an oncology drug with significant clinical implications. • Shadowed the chief nurse in preparing chemotherapy alongside skilled pharmacist. • Developed knowledge in safety protocols and appropriate handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
