Duties include review and solve issues pertaining to unpaid claims, (denials) and/or problematic EOBs. Experience and knowledge of medical billing CPT, and ICD-9 coding with experience to get claims paid. Prompt repetitive follow-up with insurance plans by phone and in writing touching accounts every 14-30 day, and communicate effectively with patients regarding balances. Extensive experience with Medicare, Medi-Cal, H.M.O., and C.C.S. billing, capitation from the health plans, with use of follow up system to cut days in Account receivable. Excellent communication skills as well as customer service experience to resolve billing problems. Review A/R system and EOB to resolve incorrect denials.

Receptionist: In charge of Eight subleased office to other attorney's, keeping track of the conference room schedule, and implement a system to tract all expenses accrued by client of personal injury cases.
