I’m a Program and Project manager who thrives at the intersection of climate, creativity, and continuous improvement. I have led sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives across start-ups and mission-driven organizations—driving measurable results, building strong teams, and finding smarter ways to create impact. I love solving puzzles, working with people tackling problems and unlocking new potential. Through the ability to break down complex problems and the use of frameworks, such as Lean Six Sigma, I have implemented standards, SOPs, and QA/QC frameworks. These projects resulted in 13% increase in sell-able products, $650K+ annual savings and increased employee satisfaction and retention. I have worked collaboratively with teams to successfully manage multi-million dollar cross functional programs, change management initiatives and align departments and 300+ employees on systems, software and processes. Accustomed to training and presenting in multiple languages and formats to best meet trainees needs. Outside of work, I live my values as a visual artist who creates using reclaimed materials. I’m passionate about reducing waste in my daily life—whether that’s cooking with food scraps, hosting clothing swaps, or re-imagining what “waste” can become.
