• Assumed responsibility for civil railway infrastructure within a $195M study program aimed at delivering a 24 km interprovincial tramway corridor between Gatineau and Ottawa • Created, negotiated, and managed over 5 engineering mandates assigned to the owner's engineer consortium (EGIS, SYSTRA, EXP), representing a total value exceeding $1.2M, including scope definition, price and schedule negotiation, progress monitoring, and amendment management • Led load-bearing capacity analyses for the Portage crossing, covering six distinct structures — Portage Bridge, tailrace gallery, Eddy underpass, Wellington Bridge, Mills parking structure, and Bronson Canal Bridge — ensuring technical review of deliverables against AREMA, AASHTO, and Eurocode standards • Managed structural assessment mandates for Gatineau-side infrastructure: Saint-Raymond viaduct, Brasserie Creek rail corridor, Chief William Commanda Bridge, and Alexandre-Tache Bridge, as well as Laurier-Tache parking and culverts over 3 m wide • Developed the hypothesis notes serving as the calculation baseline for all structural analyses across the program, ensuring consistency and traceability at the corridor scale • Successfully navigated the complexity of an interprovincial corridor by harmonizing methodological approaches for infrastructure subject to distinct codes, jurisdictions, and regulatory requirements on both sides of the Ottawa River • Sat on the route alignment scenario committee, including a retained recommendation to opt for a dedicated railway bridge rather than using the existing Saint-Raymond viaduct • Coordinated geotechnical drilling tenders along the corridor and presented technical progress to committees including the City of Ottawa, City of Gatineau, NCC, Quebec Ministry of Transport, and Quebec Ministry of the Environment
