I work on electrical engineering problems in power systems and energy storage: system design and sizing, protection and insulation coordination, simulation-based analysis, and compliance support. Clients are typically companies developing power products or advanced electrical infrastructure who need experienced engineering input on a project basis. The technical focus is high-voltage design, power electronics and converter architectures, DC distribution and fault protection, and energy storage integration — primarily supercapacitors and batteries in demanding power applications. ● I made system concepts, electrical diagrams, test plans, and product documentation; ● I did system-level electrical and functional simulations of different options of energy storage; ● I developed design validation tests, FAT and various electrical and functional tests; ● I participated in 8D, FMEA, RAM, FTA, CP processes and studies; ● I provided technical support at pre-sales and preparation of product and system specifications; ● I did cost calculations based on customer requests; ● I sustained and supervise production and sub-contractors; ● I cooperated with several R&D teams.

● I did technical management of pilot and mass PCBA production - marine, instrumentation, industrial applications; ● I did NPI and pre-production design evaluation, make reports to adopt the design for industrial production; ● I provided coordination of information exchange between Project Team and Tallinn Production facility; ● I did the analysis of technical and quality problems and improvement actions both at the time of implementation of PCBA and series production; ● I did process development, improvement and cost calculations; ● I did an implementation of new production methods, processes, and work instructions; ● I did reporting (prototype and DFMEA);

● I managed prototype and mass production of industrial electronic devices: - from PCBA level to fully assembled units; - from simple devices like sensors to modern industrial tablets, medical and special solutions; ● I created and updated work instructions, manufacturing reports and corrective actions; ● I made product and process verification, including testing equipment; ● I ran long-time improvement projects with key indicators like quality, stability, time of a process etc. I made failure analysis for production processes with action plan; ● I worked in project teams with Process, Production, Account, Purchasing departments; ● I supervised a team with 3 subordinates (Engineering team), I worked with 6 Customers (US, EU) and their projects.
