I am a business lawyer with Miles Davison LLP. I articled with the firm upon graduating from law school, and continued on as an associate. Early in my legal practice, I gained experience in various areas of law, including employment, civil litigation, insolvency, family, and wills and estate. However, my true and lasting interest lies in corporate and commercial law. My practice, focusing on corporate and commercial matters, includes advising clients on structuring their businesses; representing borrowers and lenders in lending transactions; and drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
