⦁Managed all the Vivaticket implementations on Yas Island’s theme parks of the Miral Asset Management LLC. Projects include Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management(ADMM), Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan, Etihad Arena ⦁Lead the Integration team for all the external integrations with VIVA ticketing systems such as ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence & other reporting tools. Projects include Expo 2020 Dubai, Ski Dubai, and The View at The Palm & Palm Monorail.

• Managing web & mobile development team and supporting 40+ applications. • Working as a technical architect & engineering manager for all the attractions of Emaar Properties & Emaar Entertainment Group including At the Top, Burj Khalifa, Reel Cinemas & Dubai Opera. • Discuss and plan the product roadmap with the product owner and business lead. • Priorities the backlogs, convert the user stories to tasks, and assign them to developers. • Providing the technical architecture to the development team and monitor them to follow the best design & development practices. • Review the technical architecture and plan the technology roadmap of all applications for short- and long-term goals matched with the company's vision. • Supervise the team in end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) and implement the best practices of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) for incremental deliveries with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). • Assist cross-functional teams to achieve their MBOs by providing them with technical solutions to all business-critical problems and mapping them efficiently on the BPM tool. • Analyze the business requirements of Finance, Marketing, HR, and operations to suggest them a solution specific to their need and advise them on MAKE or BUY decisions. Major Projects: • Roll out the Business Process Management suite in Emaar Properties and Emaar Hospitality Group and automate the large number of business processes. • Created a microservices platform for ticketing of all the business units. 200+ destination management companies and 25+ international OTAs are using these services. • Build a management dashboard to track the business progress across group by efficiently utilizing the Microsoft Power BI and Data Lake.

• Solely responsible for all the software developments at At the Top, Burj Khalifa • Managing end to end Software development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Propose solutions for all the business requirements ( Marketing, Finance & Operations) to achieve their KPI's and MBO's • Analyze the business requirement and transform it to SRS & FSD. • Provide technical reviews & recommendations on business proposal. • Ensure on-time end to end quality delivery of the project. • Smoothly handover system & standard operating procedures(SOPs) to business users. Following are the main projects: • Multi lingual Ticketing website for At the Top Burj Khalifa. • Design & developed Web APIs (Microservices) for International agents to sell At the Top tickets directly from their portal/mobile App. It is based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). • Mobile App for At the Top visitors to enhance customer experience • Design,Develop, implement & support of Online Ticketing System(B2C & B2B). • Google Analytics & Tag management implementation • Implement ticketing for At the Top Virtual Reality experience. • Design, develop & implement At the Top processes on SharePoint Online.
