- In charge of learning and development initiatives for over 600 employees including the senior leadership team and board of directors of Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad. - Identify training programmes that suits the department needs or mandatory training by Bank Negara Malaysia while adhering to BPMB's vision and mission. - In-House Training Management: Develop, create, and manage in-house training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with organizational goals and requirements from BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia). - Managing the end-to-end process of learning and development programs, including in-house training, talent development project, functional team building, leaders conference, MYSTEP trainee development program and other related programmes. - Established and maintain good relationships between external stakeholders - Managing and updating the internal and external training hours monthly report to the Chief Human Resource Officer. - Key person responsible for training grant applications and claims on HRDCorp E-Tris platform. - Conducting Customer Due Diligence (AML/CFT) in compliance with BNM and BPMB’s regulations for business related to the L&D unit. - Monitoring and evaluating every training session to ensure the objectives and learning outcomes are delivered by the trainer. - Managing internal stakeholders' training and development for the Board of Directors (BOD), Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and senior management team. - Assigned as learning administrator in the Workday learning management system. - Handling all L&D documentation in a timely manner, including training approval, payment documentation, memorandum, attendance records, training effectiveness evaluation reports, and other documents in the BPMB shared folder.

1. Examined training data and issuance of Permit to Work (PTW) for PDB HSE contractors & PDB staffs. 2. Facilitated on administrative duties for PDB HSE Division. 3. Conducted the monthly PDB HSE Contractor Induction with contract owners from various company nationwide. 4. Proofread, edited, and translated various materials to all correspondence in HSED PDB and government agency. 5. Reviewed and translated the subtitle (English to B. Malaysia) for PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad Contractor’s Code of Conduct on Human Rights (CoCHR) video project. 6. Assisted in revalidation on ERP (Emergency Response Plan) and OSRP (Oil Spill Response Plan) at PDB Miri Fuel Terminal. 7. Assisted in HSEMS Audit at selected PETRONAS Station (Central Region). 8. Committee member and emcee of the day for PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad HSE Contractor Forum 2022 at Zenith Hotel, Putrajaya 9. Performed other ad-hock task.
