The team is a key contributor to Parks Canada's inspiring mandate to create 10 new National Parks, 10 new Marine Conservation Areas and 15 new Urban Parks.

- Harmonize: Lead the review amongst key stakeholders to provide a collaborative process between private industry and the City in the updates to the Design Standards and Specifications. - Synthesize: Connect front-line specifications with the City's wider initiatives, prioritizing climate resilience and economic growth, to fill the gaps between broad strategy and practical operation and drive sustainable urban transformation. - Actualize: Implement the revised standards and act as a liaison between the City of Edmonton and private industry throughout the implementation process and afterwards. - Analyze: Regularly review and assess previously implemented changes to improve the effectiveness of future standards' changes and promote continuous development. - In addition to my role as the Design Standards and Specifications Program Manager, I also oversee landscaping for developer-driven development in the City of Edmonton and supervise the landscaping inspections team.

- Project lead and manager from start to finish for the planning, design, and construction of industrial land development projects (water, drainage, transportation, lighting, and landscaping), with project values ranging from the mid-thousands to over $100 million. - High-level, sensitive negotiations, mediation, and complaint resolution. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders and internally across departments and disciplines.

- Annual establishment and management of the arterial roadway financing system which included over $ 100 million of public-private funds. - Management of projects with public and private stakeholders requiring strategic decision making and varied project objectives (financial, environmental, cultural, and social). - Legal contract preparation and administration.

A co-founder of Ma MobiClinique, Montreal's first smart, pediatric mobile clinic.

- Leader of the Highway Cleanup Project for southern Alberta, which involved significant relationship building with community and Indigenous groups. - Created a computer system to analyze the impact of land development on traffic.
