• Led the end-to-end greenfield development of a new instant noodles manufacturing facility with two production lines, from construction through successful commercial startup. • Directed factory setup, equipment installation, commissioning, and trial production, ensuring a smooth transition to full-scale operations. • Built the operations organization from the ground up by recruiting, developing, and structuring production teams and defining operational responsibilities. • Managed the implementation and integration of critical utilities, including steam boilers, water treatment, reverse osmosis, and compressed air systems. • Developed operational systems, SOPs, production workflows, and departmental frameworks to establish standardized and efficient manufacturing processes. • Coordinated cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver project milestones while maintaining safety, quality, and operational readiness. • Currently leading day-to-day operations across production, maintenance, and warehouse functions, driving operational performance, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence.

Spearheaded the full greenfield setup of a noodle manufacturing facility — including layout design, machinery selection, utilities, and operational launch. Built and trained a multidisciplinary production team to run operations efficiently and safely. Developed and implemented lean production workflows, reducing waste and optimizing output. Established core KPIs and systems for production planning, quality control, and maintenance. Drove factory readiness for future expansion with a scalable design accommodating multiple production lines. Maintained a zero-incident safety record and ensured compliance with food manufacturing standards.

• Lead and supervise the production department to ensure the effective implementation of the production plan, production processes, and work instructions. • Ensure the implementation of GMP / HSE, and 5'S standards. • Preparing all production reports and follow the production KPIs evolution with clear action plans. • Ensuring the optimal daily production in the plant according to time, cost and quality, with consideration of the optimal capacity utilization. • Implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection. • Lead, train and develop the production engineers and workers. • Promote and drive LEAN, problem solving with 5 Whys and failure root cause analysis and continuous improvement culture within the team. • Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues. • Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules. • Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. • Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.

 Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards within shift.  Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis) on shift basis  Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision.  Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance to the production plan.
