-Monitoring and improving the productivity and performance of all production machines in the glass processing line (Cutting, Polishing, Grinding, Arising, Sandblasting, Double line and Tempering Furnace Machines) in addition to auxiliary equipment and the plant’s infrastructure. - Supervising and Controlling the Maintenance Budget. - Developing and Implementing Maintenance Procedures. - Conducting Regular Facility Inspections to Identify and Resolve Issues. - Responsible for enforcing safety and security instructions for all employees during maintenance work. - Performing maintenance tasks and promptly repairing faults as they occur. - Preventing prolonged machine downtime. - Supervising all maintenance activities. - Supervising the troubleshooting of complex electrical issues and faults by closely collaborating with the team whenever necessary. - Troubleshooting and resolving faults of unknown causes, which may be electrical, mechanical, or 1 related to the operating material. - Planning and Performing Scheduled Maintenance. - Developing training materials and quality documentation. - Handling spare parts stock, researching compatible parts for machines, and negotiating with new vendors to obtain cost-efficient spare parts. - Engaging with vendors for the acquisition of new glass equipment and managing contractual arrangements. - Tracking remote repairs conducted by supplier engineers for glass equipment, particularly concerning PLC programming. - Installing new machines, conducting operational tests, ensuring product quality, and verifying the absence of hazards.

Programming and commissioning engineer -Responsibilie for design, commissioning, and safety of controls systems. -Co-ordinate and manage controls elements of build and debug of equipment. -Work within the wider engineering group to develop concepts and specifications for equipment from requirement Specifications. - prepare the IO List and the wiring diagram of the panel. - prepare data sheets for the instrumentation in the field . - PLC BOM. -Perform FAT and SAT for control panels -PLC programming and test the code in site. -Programming and commissioning of Motor drives. -Configuring and design hmi using SIMATIC WINcc. -Develop and Debug machine control programs including PLC/HMI.

I work as project engineer for the plant responsible for achieving the day amount of asphalt plant by managing the works and following what to do today I responsible for fixing all electrical faults fastly for maintaining the continuity product of the plant responsible for following preventive and day maintenance responsible for upgrading the plant electrically and add any addition parts for the continuity of the plant like design motor panel add hmi for a certain panel responsible for testing the 3 pH induction motors follow the diesel generators maintenance and the consumption of diesel gas and oil

I worked as electrical maintenance engineer and I were leader for 4 technicians with very high exerperience in automation filed classic control , plc , scada ...etc in that plant there is large amount of machines like water jet machine , glass cutting machine , autoclave for triplex process that done in glass ,robot for making the double glass ,furnace for heat treatment on glass,double edging machine , and sand jet machine the machines have s7siemens controller and schiender -I responsible for following all works to not make delay for the producing phase -upgrade the electrical panel to avoid the faults that effect on the product - prepare the the preventive maintenance plan - install the new equipment - help in installing double line

"Automatic Control of Acetic Acid Fermentation Process" The project is going with many phases first of them is to study the concept of fermentation process and the steps of it. the second is to study the concept of process control and start to construct small model for the process with field devices, tanks, valves, sensors and actuators. so we make a bench scale model thirdly we make P&ID "Piping and instrumentation diagram " for the process to be our reference during installation of the system. PLC 1214 siemens was the main controller, PLC S7-300 siemens used as distributed I/O because 1/0 modules in PLC 1214 was limited, HMI siemens and Micro master 440 drive used also. Profibus protocol was used to connect among PLC 1214 and PLC S7-300 and motor Drive,Profinet protocol was used to connect PLC 1214 with HMI. TIA Portal 14 was used to program builder of PLCs, HMI and drive, it also used to construct SCADA system but as a simulation. Industrial control panel was implemented to control the whole process, it contained protection devices, PLCs, motor drives and relays. The project was sponsored by the Academy of Scientific Research and Siemens.
