PA-ATMO8/EES Assembly Systems and Special Machinery PA-ATMO is the internationally leading internal special machine-builder, technology and service partner for all Bosch divisions worldwide. As an internal supplier ATMO belongs to the Bosch Group and contributes effectively to the know-how protection. Job description is as follow: - Developing new station software and commisioning - Modification, improvement and commissioning of existing softwares - Testing of application software - Design of electrical systems including hardware selection - Developing electrical schematics In addition to machine commissioning, I have gained a strong knowledge about Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in Bosch world. As an Opcon MES Application Engineer, my responsibilities are as follows: - Preparation of web and line servers for production area - Installation of required MES modules and respective services, databases and clients - Creation of Opcon Server System projects for communication between machines and production servers - Supporting PLC programmers on-site during MES application

In this newly founded company, I was responsible for all actions in engineering manners such as deciding the methodologies used in projects, selecting appropriate products in the market and applying the engineering knowledge to succeed the projects by considering customers´ requirements. Some projects have been achieved : - Aluminium glass clips machine: It contains stepper motors and spindle motors. - Automatic screw-driving machine: In this project three servo motors, which were responsible for moving in the direction of x, y and a rotation action, were used . There are 12 points, which have to be taught by a Manuel Pulse Generator, to be screwed in the manner of industrial robot´s applications in industry. - Y Machine: In this project the aim is to shape an aluminium material by integrating two servo motors on the previous aluminium glass clips machine. Although the used PLC does not have the feature of circular interpolation, the required mathematical formulation was created and applied to get the desired shape, which are circular and/or s, with a general formulation that constitutes the reductor rate, tool's radius, depth and width of the shape(s) as variables.

OSR Robotics serves projects, such as palletizing, welding, deburring, CNC feeding and etc., with respect to customer needs. Moreover, customers are supported by training, meintanance, and service. My job definition in this company is to apply engineering skills, such as drawing electrical plan, plc programming of a system that might contain conveyors and programming the robot during customer-based projects . Furthermore, finding mechanical faults during projects and providing service for customers after system installation are part of the job definition.
