Ensuring CSR projects are run as per the approved deliverables ·Ensure fund management as per the predefined and approved fund flow process ·Impact evaluation of CSR partner’s vis--vis the approved milestones ·Creating communication for internal/external consumption of our partners ·Ensuring completeness and timely submission of reports (programmatic and financial) from the partners ·Periodic visits to partner geographies. Will entail travel to difficult and rural geographies ·Creating presentation and other material to secure approval . ·Documentation including MoU development ·Execution and monitoring of the program ·Creating comprehensive volunteer engagement programs with existing partners and/or with new partners exclusively identified for volunteering purposes. ·Coordinate with critical stakeholders for planning various in-house stall sale events. ·Compliance with audit requirements ·Coordinating and ensuring yearly programmatic/financial audits are carried out. ·Ensuring complete alignment with secretarial standards and requirements for Board documentation ·Development of content for Annual Reports ·Maintaining documentation as per documentation and audit requirements
