Since joining IPDC in October 2019, I have progressed from Executive to Senior Executive and was promoted to my current role in January 2024. In my previous role, I managed key HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS, and insurance processes. I hold a BBA in Human Resource Management and Finance from North South University, along with a Human Resource Generalist certification from the World Academy for Research & Development.
