1. Smooth & Timely Operational Support of Channel and CRM Operation activities and support all functions in case of any issues. 2. Manage the delivery of new products/price-plans/credit-class/discounting configurations to support new offering in market. 6. Risk management, development of mitigation plan and ensuring its end to end implementation. 7. Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors. 9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that BSS systems are integrated effectively with other systems and processes. 10. Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in BSS technology. 11. Providing training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure that BSS systems are used effectively. 12. Continuously looking for opportunities to improve the BSS systems and processes in place. 13. Assessing and evaluating the performance of team members and providing feedback to improve performance.

 Responsible for configuration change in already running projects with the help of marketing team and vendor.  Responsible for Incident & problem management and follow-up with vendor/stakeholders per permanent resolution/restoration.  Responsible for detailed change assessment & enhancing visibility of new products to Level 1 team.  Escalate & resolve existing bottle necks in order to drive operational agility forward for the business.  Development of Operational flow document (Detail Flow of product & backend logic along with customer complaint handling process) of each BOSS Products in coordination of Vendor, Product team & others (where applicable) & proper knowledge transfer to OMC Team before launching any new product for efficiently handle & resolve complaints within minimum time-frame being as front end.  Smooth & Timely Operational Support of Channel Operation issues to all support functions.  Configuration, Coordination related to IR Partners, Control Development for Smooth IR Operation, Resolution of IR Operational Issues.  Coordination & Resolution of Critical OCS, Mediation, MNP, IR, Provisioning, BOSS Interfaces (Internal & External), Channel & all BOSS Application issues.  Leading Analysis based Optimization initiatives, Identify gaps and provide visibility into areas of improvement.  Coordination between Teams, driving issue resolution by involving Vendor/Stake Holders.

• Administration of ITSS, for updating forms or reports extract different types of data using oracle • To improve the working efficiency of PTA personnel, Information Technology Officers (IOT), arranged their training in which I worked as trainer (for one month) • Observing connectivity with FTP servers (Teralight and Nexus) • Data verification and formatting of different Access Provider and LDI data • Mediation of Access Provider and LDI data • Reconciliation of Access Provider and LDI data with Probe data. • Analyze mismatch data and extract different types of cases related to hiding data or data issues • Preparing regular and on demand Reports using ORACLE Tools • Prepare monthly presentation which contains graphs of data status, issues and different cases against AP/LDI
