As a Radio Network Solutions Architect, I specialize in designing, implementing, and optimizing Radio and MBH networks to ensure seamless and reliable connectivity. My role involves a comprehensive understanding of radio frequency (RF) principles, network planning, and advanced communication technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Network Design & Planning: Develop robust and scalable network architectures for cellular, Wi-Fi, and other radio communication systems. • Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, such as 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G NR into existing and new network infrastructures. • Coverage & Capacity Planning: Conduct thorough coverage and capacity analyses to ensure optimal performance and user experience. • Interference Management: Identify and mitigate interference issues to maintain signal quality and network reliability. • Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced tools and techniques for network monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting to enhance efficiency and service quality. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including RF engineers, software developers, and project managers, to deliver comprehensive network solutions. • Innovation & Strategy: Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving telecommunications industry.

▪ A daily NW baseline parameter audit which is utilized for consistency check to verify and apply any BIC setting we found may useful and to align the network setting with the NW strategy either for the new integrated sites or for swapped sites parameter mapping. ▪ Daily network performances evaluation by utilizing passive measurement (Statistical counters and cell traces) and inputs from periodical drive tests in order to have a clear picture of network’s behaviour. ▪ Provide recommendations for performance improvement and capacity limitations. ▪ Identify critical areas for further investigation, areas with coverage gaps, external interference, bad performance indicators, to manage the network in a proper way in order to improve the end user perception of the network. ▪ Reactive parameter and neighbor consistence’s: evaluate parameter implemented and review/improve neighbor list by adding/removing neighbor cells ▪ Worst performing cell optimization: evaluate the bad performance cell in the network, considering the cause of bad performances and suggest/implement corrective actions. ▪ Reactive capacity monitoring: preemptive capacity monitoring and changes suggestion ▪ Radio parameter tuning: improve performances by utilizing and applying the best parametrization settings based on insights or other findings coming from other markets. ▪ MBH Fault and Performance Management: focused on verifying the packet transport performance of customer mobile backhauling network, to list under-performing links and congested links ▪ Issue escalation: when support is required during an issue not directly related to activities in charge of RAN optimization team.

Network performances evaluation by passive measurement, Periodical drive tests to map Network performance and provide recommendations, Main KPIs Monitoring and analysis, Worst cell detection and analysis, Feature Selection and test in Golden Cluster "before extend on whole Network new settings" to improve Network Performance.

Worked with LPTIC Committee to address the phenomenon of external interference and propose the optimal solution to avoid the impact related to external interference source (Repeaters & Jammers).

Network Optimization team leader at NOC committee to set-up Huawei NOC system basic KPIs.

Led the project of ALMADAR-InfoVista VistaNEO platform deployment, where the key objectives of this project was to roll out the platform and validate VistaNEO benefits, present KPI reports and visual representation of network performance through geolocation maps.
