National consultant for restructuring Jordan Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM), Global Fund Grant to Fight Aids Tuberculosis and Malaria in Jordan.

Teaches and supervises research projects for graduate students in: Hospital Management, Medical Records and Health Information, Health Policy, Human Resource Management and Health Economics.

* Develops Reproductive Health Research Unit (RHRU) annual work plans and budgets and monitor implementation. * Ensures that the operational components of the RHRU are implemented effectively. * Serves as the contact point to catalyze and facilitate approved RHRU activities, mobilize and disseminate technical and material resources and facilitate communication between RHRU members and other stakeholders group. * Prepares RFP for research projects as applicable. * Manages research contracts and supervise their implementation. * Assigns responsibilities to other members of the unit and supervises their task performance.

* Assessment of Medical Records Services at all MOH hospitals in Jordan. * Implementing modern medical record systems in all MOH hospitals. * Participating in the development of Jordan National Accreditation Program including the development of Jordan Hospital Accreditation Standards. * Participating in the development, design and implementation of Obstetric Patients Information System “OPIS” program for MOH health centers and hospitals. * Participating in Inpatient and Outpatient Satisfaction surveys.
