I am a senior engineer and innovation consultant with 20+ years in R&D, combining microelectronics / semiconductor product development with public funding and tax incentives for technology in Brazil. On the technical side, I have around 10 years of hands-on experience in IC and electronic product development, covering specification, digital and analog/mixed-signal design, verification, lab characterization and support to industrialization. I have worked with memory and mixed-signal ICs, hardware and software development, and lab test structures aligned with JEDEC and reliability requirements, always connecting design decisions with product and business needs. On the funding and incentives side, I am specialized in structuring, managing and reporting incentivized R&D projects to Brazilian authorities such as MCTI and Embrapii, including Lei de Informática / Lei de TICs, PADIS, Lei do Bem, Aneel programs and Priority Programs. I have solid experience preparing and defending RDAs (Relatório Demonstrativo Anual), as well as coordinating projects supported by FINEP, BNDES and Embrapii, from proposal to execution and technical reporting. I have led multidisciplinary development teams and technological partnerships involving ICTs, Embrapii Units, universities and international engineering teams, managing technical scope, contracts and deliverables across complex projects. My profile is hands-on and product-oriented, with a strong focus on ownership, problem solving, and clear communication between technical teams, management and external stakeholders. I also have background in hardware and embedded software design (digital filters for microcontrollers, embedded Linux in resource-constrained systems, digital design and strong analog/mixed-signal IC skills), hold one pending patent and several international publications.
