Reporting to the Operations Director and matrix reporting to the Supply Chain Director for the Americas. Leadership of 150 employees, including: 1 Manager (PCM, PCP, Customer Service), 5 Supervisors (Procurement, Transportation, Distribution Center/Warehouse, and Foreign Trade), and 70 indirect staff members. Accountable for the end-to-end Supply Chain across South America. Key responsibilities: • Governance of lag and lead indicators, with accountability, critical performance analysis and structuring of continuous improvement action plans; • Implementation of Lean management models, including Leader Standard Work; • Leadership of Tier 1 to Tier 4 governance, ensuring alignment between executive leadership, management and operational teams in the execution of strategic KPIs; • Strategic interface with Quality, Finance and Sales, integrating complaint analysis (5W/5Why), freight, inventory, productivity and margin, with a strong focus on OTD and CSAT; • Leadership of the full S&OP, MPS, SO&E and MBR cycles; • Management of 250+ production lines and a portfolio of 16,000 finished goods SKUs and 5,000 raw material SKUs, serving 200+ customers and 300 global suppliers; • Governance of Direct and Indirect Procurement; • End-to-end logistics management, covering domestic and international transportation; • People and organizational climate management, leading engagement rituals, feedback and development plans. Key Projects: 1 - Full structuring of the Supply Chain function, implementing from scratch Transportation, Warehouse, Production & Materials Planning, Customer Service, Procurement and Foreign Trade processes, replacing informal practices and individual know-how with standardized governance and system-driven processes; 2 - Implementation of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), S&OP process, and development of MRP processes, leveraging exception codes; 4 - Implementation of electronic EDI with customers and suppliers.

Governance & Performance Indicators: • Monitoring of lagging and leading indicators, establishing individual accountability and applying critical analysis for structured problem-solving; • Development of management processes using Leader Standard Work (Lean), visual management, stand-up meetings, and visual action plans; • Leading governance meetings (Tiers 1–4) with directors, senior management, and operational teams to ensure alignment and KPI performance; • Routine alignment with stakeholders (1:1 meetings), biweekly meetings with supervisors, and staff meetings for the Supply Chain function; • Weekly quality forums implementing 5W/5Why methodology; • Financial reviews integrating freight, inventory, productivity, margin, and revenue indicators; • Participation in global strategic forums and 1:1 meetings with the Supply Chain Director for the Americas; • Direct interaction with Sales and key clients to enhance service levels (OTD and CSAT); • Governance of team engagement: EVC surveys (Every Voice Counts), individual meetings, and climate improvement plans.

Reporting to Plant Manager – Leadership of 85 employees Responsible for Customer Service, PCP, Shipping and Warehouse. Main responsibilities: • Leading the monthly S&OP cycle, reporting sales, backlog and machine load with a three-month view, and SOE, with a one-month horizon; • Direct interface with strategic retail customers, ensuring adherence between orders and productive capacity; • Coordination of FUPs with customers and analysis of service level indicators (OTIF and service rate); • PCP management, defining production sequencing, cutting and utilization of paper reels and corrugators, optimizing productivity and raw material usage; • Leadership of Shipping, monitoring dispatch speed with 120 trucks per day, stock accuracy and average inventory time (2.5 days inside shipping); • Monitoring performance indicators (productivity, lead time, stock turnover, service level and shipping efficiency); • Monitoring shipping performance and inventory analysis in weekly and monthly plant management meetings; • Monitoring TPV (vehicle stop time).

Reporting to Industrial Board. Leadership of 105 employees. Responsible for PCP, PCM, warehouse, production supply and transportation of 2 manufacturing units in Brazil. Main responsibilities: • Production and materials planning, with a portfolio of 4,500 raw material SKUs and 900 finished product SKUs (20% imported and 80% local); • Coordination of factory supply operations and inbound transportation, ensuring synchronization between units and stability in supply; • Management of contracts with a third-party logistics operator, covering cycle inventory, storage and general inventory; • Monitoring productivity, quality, safety and logistics cost indicators; • Participation in industrial performance forums and results review with the board.

Reporting to the Operations Department. Leadership of 130 employees. Responsible for PCP, materials, warehouse, production supply, shipping, transportation, and sequencing at the assembly plant (JIT Center). Main responsibilities: • Leadership of the JIT Center in Sergipe, monitoring daily performance indicators, prioritizing critical deliveries and stability of service to Ford and Jeep assembly plants; • Restructuring of internal processes and review of inventory, transportation, and warehouse policies.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager – Leadership of 102 employees - Responsible for full management of the logistics chain, focusing on planning, supply, and distribution. Main responsibilities: • Coordination of PCP to serve major automakers in Brazil and Argentina; • Management of 3,000 active items (40% imported and 60% domestic) and control of material flow; • Administration of Warehouse and Transportation operations, ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines; • Integration between logistics and production, focusing on efficiency and process standardization.

Main responsibilities: • Development and maintenance of the master production plan (Master Plan), based on sales forecasts and demand variations; • Management performance analysis, monitoring indicators (customer service rate, productivity and stock levels); • Obsolete stock management and consumption analysis, ensuring balance between inventory and production flow; • Development and follow-up of budget and sales forecast; • Direct contact and technical visits to customers to align production plans and demand.
