Control systems for Chiller, Cooling Towers, Buffer Tanks and Pumps. • Responsible for testing sensors based on range, accuracy, and output (4-20mA, 0-10V, RTD). Involved in the installation and termination of temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and flow sensors. • Proficient in reading and interpreting Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and control schematics and assembly of control panels. • Managed to do full Cx1 to Cx5(IST) commissioning workflows, point-to-point testing, continuity testing, and functional performance tests on all integrated equipment. • Configured industrial networks using Mikrotik switches and performed server installations to ensure secure data flow between the site level and the BMS/CPOS server.

-Operated advanced high-temperature furnaces for carbon brake disc manufacturing in accordance with aerospace quality standards (A320, A321 & B737). - Operated and supported FANUC M-710iC robotic systems and contributed to process improvements in the Optimized Infiltration Process (OIP). - Used DCS(Distributed Control System) interfaces to execute thermal programs for carbonization, graphitization, and specialized treatments such as Heat Treatment and CVI(Chemical Vapor Infiltration). - Interpreted furnace data in real time (temperature, pressure, gas flow), identified process deviations, and supported engineering in root cause analysis and corrective actions. - Conducted batch-based loading/unloading procedures using stack jigs, ensuring dimensional compliance and traceability for each disc. - Maintained process logs, collaborated with CVI and Final Machining teams, and ensured seamless transition between CVI i1–i4 cycles, density validation, and final machining phases. - Gained deep understanding of aerospace process flow, automation systems, and industrial gas handling (argon, nitrogen). - Contributed to process improvement suggestions during team reviews and collaborated with engineering to optimize cycle time and gas efficiency. - Executed continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes. - Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination of production activities and timely delivery of finished goods. - Conducted regular maintenance checks, preventing potential machine failures and production halts. - Coordinated with quality assurance team to identify and rectify defects early in production cycle. - Collaborated with engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing disruption to production.
