Training officer with a training background in Education, served in the private sector and currently working with a development agency that strives to improve general quality of education in Uganda both qualitatively and interms of infrastructure. Having managed a huge scholarship programme for 7 years and overseeing a budget of I million euros each year, I supported over one thousand individual scholars and managed their contracts efficiently. Currently part of a team that supports 49 organisations to roll out their human resource development plans and coordinating a pool of trainers from various academic backgrounds and partners from a multisectoral setting (Education health and Environment). Endowed with a set of competencies that are relevant for most programmes; communication, coordination, financial management, Accounts management, procurement, project management, monitoring and evaluation, training needs assessments, report writing and ability to use a wide range of working tools.
