As a project manager, I had the responsibility of full process from beginning to the; I mapped the process for assigned project, made the planning schedule and arranged weekly meetings for project follow-up. I continued to be as a support point of contact after project implementation.

I worked in a transition group who provided support for banking system change to qualified VIT system to have more user-friendly interface and less costly system. I helped data integration into new system and supported team for solutions if any issue occurs during change. In addition, I was able to observe both the responsibilities of analysts and software developers.

I was part of IT department, responsible for supporting full hospital information technologies system. I was part of a team who needs to create quick solutions for urgent computer problems via both remote and face-to-face connections.
