Reporting to CEO the performance appraisal and the Annual Confidential Review for the teachers for annual hike in Salary. Regular communication and reporting to the parents about the performance of the students and arranging for additional coaching for students. Presenting the budgetary requirements to the management by January of the academic year and the financial requirements if any for the new projects through proposals. Organizing for the self appraisal, review and checking for the competency gaps to recommend for the Training. Helped the school achieve and maintain the centre status as NO.1 for the Cambridge International Exams during inspection [only twice in 5 years]. From January 2010 on additional charge as IB COORDINATOR right from planning and setting up the IBDP school to guide through the process of authorization. As the NABET Coordinator for the Quality Certification of the school [on additional charge] performed the following duties 1. Setting up office systems, filing and documenting procedure. 2.
