Responsible for payroll, learning and development, data reporting, and the delivery of HR projects rolled out by global HR team. Including: • Full spectrum of Payroll • Ensure data accuracy maintained in Workday and local HR system • Support colleagues’ career development thru facilitating and sourcing training as required • Support colleagues on key HR strategies such as performance management, talent management, and career development • Support in updating HR policies in accordance with the latest amendments
