Identify and source candidates based on job requisitions through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, placement ads, and cold calling. Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, PIA coordination, salary negotiations, and overall candidate communication. Recruit consultants for US, Canada, and State Government clients across various technical domains. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates while keeping an organized and updated talent database. Work with multiple hiring models such as W2, C2C, C2H, 1099, T4, and Incorporated. Screen and shortlist active and passive candidates before presenting them to Hiring Managers. Specialize in H1B transfer recruitment, including sourcing eligible candidates, assessing transfer feasibility, and coordinating the complete transfer process.
