Main responsibilities: - Research for present and future collections. - Technical Sheets and coordination with pattern design establishing the rectifications in the models up to the production of the first prototype. - Check the confection of the first sample and tests realize on the model/manikin. - Fittings. - Create trend boards, quickly refresh latest trends as well as constant monitoring of the latest trends and catwalks. - Fabric and trim sourcing. - Research of sustainable fabrics and trims. - Research of new sustainable materials and processes. - Design and development of trims (zippers, plackets, labels, buttons...) and differents kinds of embroidery. Also personalize trimmings. - Select materials, fabrics, trims, finishes and monitor quality of finished garments. - Following the whole process from start to finish of the garment, detecting possible errors and modifications. - Constant contact and developments with national and international suppliers (China, Pakistan, Portugal, Spain…). - Excellent communicator when dealing with factories and suppliers. -Preparing parcels to factories. -Dealing with logistic companies and customs. - Design of artworks and prints. - Color card definition.
