In my role as Vornica's Chief Executive Mentor and Coach, I personally execute all high-profile executive development projects for our CEO and C-Suite clients. Based on 12 years of media experience and 16 years of executive development, I provide our clients with strategic advice, senior mentoring, and executive coaching aimed at de-risking their career transitions and increasing their chances of success in new leadership roles. As a board member in charge of strategic communications, I contributed to ISCA’s success through strategic insights and hands-on execution in community management, social media management, people development programs, and member advisory and support.

As a member of the executive board, I was in charge of strategic communications. In this role, I contributed to ČASK’s expansion and success through strategic insights and execution of community management activities, social media management, people development programs, and member advisory and support.

In 2016, I took on the challenge of transforming integrated communications for Foxconn Global Services Division (FGSD) in EMEA and globally. We rebuilt the company vision and strategy for integrated communications to prepare the company for a public listing on the stock exchange, and we laid the groundwork for new policies in branding, client communications, internal and external communications, and investor relations.

The AmCham Marketing Committee coordinated the activities of all strategic communications and marketing representatives from member companies. The Committee met regularly to craft and deliver the activity agenda for our members.

As president of the Czech PR Klub, a non-profit association of communication professionals, I was in charge of creating a new vision and strategy for the organization’s growth and for the Czech market. Together with our executive team, we delivered quality educational and networking opportunities to our members, shared best practices and know-how, and contributed to raising the standards of the Czech PR market.

In this role, I was responsible for managing the magazine’s content and overseeing CBW’s external strategic partnerships. In total, during my time at the Czech Business Weekly, I published more than 5,000 articles, interviews, and economic features.

In this role, I coordinated magazine content and managed newsroom processes.

For a year and a half, I covered financial markets and publicly listed companies for our economic magazine.

In this role, I was responsible for several soft beats, such as education, consulting and legal firms, and HR, for our economic magazine.

After finishing my studies in Romania and relocating to Prague, Czechia, I was hired to conduct specialized market analyses, manage client communications in English and French, and attract Romanian-speaking clients to the company with a view to opening a subsidiary in Romania by 2007.

The Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) is a pioneering online body designed to help coaches learn from the world's foremost experts in team coaching.

This training connected to to my 2015-2016 training in Systemic Constellations (Jan Bily, Czech Republic) and deepened my understanding of systemic dynamics in organisations. The focus was on targeted systemic interventions in companies and on systemic coaching.

PhD research focus: management strategies in Czech print business and economic media, in a European context

I graduated my Master's degree with a paper focused on the Media Program financed by the European Commission and its impact on media institutions in Europe.
