My professional background covers regional policies in Malaysia, TNB-related policies, and academic research at the University of Malaya (UM).Core Courses: Smart Grid, Hydrogen Energy Technology, Solar Energy and Energy Storage Technology, with a sound grasp of renewable energy fundamentals.In the field of sales: I was awarded the Monthly Rookie Sales Champion in telesales. By using open-ended conversation and professional sales techniques, I can quickly identify customer profiles, regional characteristics and core demands, build customized communication models tailored to individual clients, and establish a funnel-style work follow-up system.I once worked as a Douyin operator in a private enterprise. I believe sales is no longer limited to traditional forms; social platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu have become emerging sales channels. I also run my own Xiaohongshu account, gaining 900 followers in just 3 days and achieving a profit of 400 RMB.I am highly interested in roles such as Technical Sales, Application Engineer, Solution Engineer and Energy Business Development.
