Starting with a day shift and 4 days; grew the department to 24/7 response and 8 crews over a period of 1 year • Developed fleet management processes to improve equipment utilization and idling • Led the proposal to secure the Toronto Hydro Build Transit Faster Act contract. Directly responsible for delivering a work program comprising 50+ active projects and ensuring internal financial targets and customer deliverables are being met. Accountable for client scorecards and related reports. Key Accomplishments: • Led the bid to secure the Toronto Hydro Design-Build Electrical and Civil contract. Valued at 250M$ • Established an In-house Design Team and grew the team to perform 70 % of the design work internally • Established an Underground (UG) Electrical Department to perform UG Network and Splicing work. Grew the department to 3 trained crews in 2 years executing • Established an In-house Civil department. Civil work grew to 10 M$ and 30 crew members by 2020

Responsibilities: Working closely with Operations and Construction Manager on multiple distribution projects. Reviewing design drawings, preparing project schedules, weekly project cost reports, and cost analysis reports. Conducting weekly team meetings, pre/post project construction meetings, field Audits, and billing verifications with responsible third-party auditors. Key Accomplishments: • Supported Toronto Hydro through 2013 Ice Storm by organizing and deploying 35+ linemen to restore power • Developed a unique and customized Project Management System to efficiently manage Unit price contracts • Led and launched an IPAD and IPHONE app to take field pictures and reduce crew costs for re-taking missing pictures and reduced the administrative burden of labeling pictures.
