I work with colleagues and partners in our global business, across 11 countries, our 2500+ stores, international support offices and throughout our global supply chain to design and deliver our sustainability strategy and goals. We are making a positive impact in society by caring for our people, the communities in which we serve, and to the planet we all share.

I provided strategic advice to Specsavers board and senior leaders to inform a global sustainability strategy & delivery plan.

I am a senior member of the CISLs community for impact, activating leadership globally to transform economies for people, nature and climate. I work with boards, leaders and innovators across business, finance and government to accelerate action for a sustainable future - paving the way for bold action and regenerative leadership.

As a member of the Global Steering Committee for CISLs flagship Business Sustainability Programme, I work alongside senior-level peers from various sectors, to ensure the programme’s core curriculum remains cutting-edge and globally applicable. In 2024, I had the immense honour and responsibility to be appointed as Chair for CISL's flagship, globally respected, Business Sustainability Programme, founded in 1994 by His Majesty, King Charles III, the then Prince of Wales. Working closely with CISL colleagues, faculty and an esteemed global steering committee, I led the design and delivery of programmes for over 50 senior leaders in Cambridge and Singapore.

I contribute to the work of the school to leverage the power of academia for real world positive impact and transformation of individuals, of organisations, society and nature. As a member of the CJBS B Corp Advisory Board, I advise the executive education team on best practice, strategy development, research updates, activity sharing and driving change within executive education.

I supported the BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management board and executive team to build a leading, sustainable and ESG driven pan European real estate investment management platform which creates positive returns for the planet, people and our investors.

I am immensely proud of having increased UKGBCs engagement with the UK real estate industry by expanding the member community 40% to 700 members, doubling the size of the UKGBC team and, most crucially, growing the organisations impact more than ever.

I lead multi stakeholder teams to design and deliver of the groups multi award winning, globally renowned sustainability strategy (Plan A), for its operations. Contributing to M&S becoming the worlds first carbon neutral retailer, reducing and sending no waste to landfill, enhancing human rights in our supply chains and generating over £200m+ net benefits.
