* Offering the opportunity of long term, secure and affordable housing in my community and across Victoria to individuals who are homeless and most vulnerable. * Key responsibilities included: * Assisted with the vacancy management including contacting eligible applications, arranging and completing housing needs assessments. * Reviewing documentation submitted by residents relating to client’s household income. * Collecting of appropriate information for client contact, financial assistance, referral and data for Director of Housing & DHS monitoring requirements.
