Responsibilities: Service Consultant (2016 June – Present) Involved in the process of automation, i.e. automating core banking applications, disaster recovery automation and release deployment automation. Performing the installation, configuration, implementation of Automic workload automation and release automation software, developing the automation process with respect to the application functionality. Delivering introductory and hands on training sessions to customers.

* Projects: Develop a desktop application for managing products, sales and purchase, supplier and customers’ records. * Responsibilities: * Designing of flowcharts and use cases. * Prepare technical specification document. * Provided business communication between client and vendor. * Conduct and participate in status meetings to collect data from business users. * Implement business modeling using MS Visio to develop screens for the application. * Constructed prototype early toward a design acceptable to the customer and feasible. * Validate screen technical specification with technical designs created by IT developers. * Involved in the preparation of functional specification for stock management application. * Implementation of front end functionalities and checks for a basic sales and purchase methodology. * Gathered business requirements by conducting detailed interviews with business users and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
