Head of Department of Operations in TEPCO ( Tamimi Energy) & TS – Dammam -KSA Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the business goals of the copper downstream products like copper Rods, Copper Tape, ABC wires, copper alloys, and Earthing and lighting products, polymer insulators and alloys, etc. Plan production/service delivery schedules, allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials), monitor workflow and productivity, and implement continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) . Standardize procedures (SOPs, work instructions), improve quality, and reduce costs, Team Management. Prepare and manage operational budgets ( Bp ) , CAPEX, monitor expenses and cost drivers, optimize resource utilization, and approve procurement within authority. Quality & Compliance Ensure products/services meet standards, implement QA/QC systems Maintain ISO/safety / regulatory compliance/ NABL / IEC, etc Conduct audits and corrective actions, and manage inventory levels Customers need & new product developments as per client/project requirements, ensure delivery commitments Safety & Risk Management Enforce workplace safety policies, Conduct risk assessments Investigate incidents and corrective actions & Ensure PPE and safe practices. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs (efficiency, OEE, downtime, cost, quality) Prepare daily / weekly/monthly reports, and analyze performance trends

I am leading the Department of Quality Assurance and Quality control & Technical Services, where the manufacturing of copper rods, Copper Billets, Copper Hanger bars, Copper Strips, Aluminum strips and accessories Wires & Cables, and Transformers. All products are supplied to domestic and export markets.

I was Commissioned successfully for all instruments & Quality Setup of the Birla Copper Asoj Unit & Implementation of ISO /IEC 17025: 2017 – NABL and IMS certifications. Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment specific to Copper Cathode (Electro Refining of Copper cathode) & ETP Copper Rod. Handled all customers ( Copper Cathode, Copper Rod, Wires & cables, Automotive, Transformer and Strips, OFC rods & Cu-Alloy ) , Customer complaints & improve internal and External customer satisfaction levels & projects taken for improve productivity and reduced wire breakages from the customer's side. Successfully Completed & Implementation of IMS Certifications ( ISO 9001 : 2015 , ISO 14001 : 2015 , ISO 45001 : 2018 ) and Implemented GC- Mark Certifications of Product Quality and Green Company To lead the IMS Internal Auditors for Audit Plan, preparations of Audit Checklist, Audit Schedule, and Audit Notifications to conduct internal audits for each department and ongoing projects to highlight the weaknesses and encourage the improvements in Management Systems in every department..
