* I worked as a cook for the Burger King corporation. * This job was primarily a summer job but nonetheless * I utilized it to bolster my people skills as well as my * communication and time management skills. Burger King has a * 2 minute and 40 second cooking policy when making orders, and thus I was able to work * in high pressure situations to try and provide ample satisfaction for * customers as well as to maintain the credibility of the store by ensuring * customers receive their food in a satisfactory time and manner.

This was one of the most stressful jobs I've ever worked in my entire life, but also the job that has taught me the most about conducting myself in a professional and dignified manner. The high stress nature of the job ensured that I keep a level head. The rush hour period at this place is almost 20 hours a day, especially during the summer time period. My major responsibility were frying and making every burger and hot-dog Steak N Shake offers. I was able to learn humility, confidence, and also sharpened my Spanish speaking skills as majority of the staff spoke Spanish.

This was one of the first jobs I have ever worked after graduating high school. This was my first time earning my own money and also learning people skills and professional skills. My duty was to make a wide range of Pizzas that Pizza Hut offers. Overall this job was a learning experience, I learnt people skills, I learnt discipline, and I learnt professionalism. It paved the way for my future job experiences.
