I worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at MTN, Uganda’s largest Mobile Network provider; In my role, i maintained the entire ISP platform; Key Responsibilities - I was responsible for managing and maintaining a bespoke ISP service provisioning and billing platform (evolutionware) which was used to manage client accounts against services they were entitled to. - Undertook Performance monitoring, tuning, systems design, technical systems specifications, change management, business reporting, client solution's design, technical product design, business continuity management, systems security, Tier III NOC escalations, technical vendor management and project management

PostAlert is an innovative service that I created after realising that a number of people in developing countries still use P.O.Box services, yet they do not have an awareness of whether they have got any new mail in these boxes. PostAlert was developed to help address this problem and add value to the P.O.Box service by sending out timely notifications to registered subscribers. It is a win win for the subscribers who no-longer have to make wasted trips to the Post Office to check their mailboxes, while generating additional revenues for the Postal Operator. The company is always on the look out for new partnerships that will help extend and grow this service to different markets, especially in Africa.
