* Work with Head of IT on project plans * Work with vendors to make the application suitable as desired by end user and in accordance with customer needs. * Conducts standard integrity tests of new client-server applications before distributing to users. * Deployment of ADS (Active Directory Services) and assign group polices. * Ensure secure network by deploying SSG 140 Firewall. Also ensure system and application level security. * Ensure proper email system by managing Lotus Server. * Ensure appropriate internet usage policy by managing Internet Security and Acceleration Server. * Ensure proper maintenance of SAN (Storage Area Network). * Monitoring and optimization of head office and nationwide branch networks. * Strategies for single point of failure (database, internet, mail server, communication links, routers, switches). * Ensure proper backup (Hot backup and Cold backup).

*  Involved in deployment of DC (Domain Controller) and different Servers such as ISA, Terminal Services and Radius Server. *  Performs standard troubleshooting tests of the network and assigned components in accordance with the established schedules or as required by the user needs. *  Maintains and review logs and audit trails to detect intrusions, virus or other problems. *  Providing Internet & Intranet solutions. *  Managed & provided operational support for LANs and WANs. *  Ensure proper backup of servers. *  Monitoring of Head Office and Site Servers.

*  Monitoring of over all network infrastructure. *  Configuration of Cisco 1700 and 2500 series Routers *  Configuration and maintenance of Servers including Squid proxy, Radius, DNS, send mail and IIS (Internet Information Services). *  Involved in the designing of network infrastructure of different Clients.
