* Kot Addu power compeny(kapco) * Major Responsibilities are as under: *  Satisfactory operation of BBA Steam Turbine2x112 Mw and Siemens steam turbine 149 Mw . *  HRSG 200 T/HR start up and handling. *  Ensure smooth operation, safe start up/ shutdown of Combined Cycle Power Plant during the shit. *  Synchronization of Electric Generator. *  To perform Balance of Plant routines and operation. *  To maintain detailed operation Logs.

* Ethylene unit consist of following equipments. * BOIL OFF GAS COMPRESSOR: * A multi stage reciprocating (03 stages) oil free compressors, each capable of handling Ethylene vapor generated during import at 200 MT/hr either by sending to the customer or by reliquefaction. * CHILLER CONSIST OF A COMPLETE REFRIGERATION LOOP: * Evaporator (cattle type with Propane refrigerant cooling system) * Compressor (PD single screw type) * Condenser (shell and tube) * Liquid regulator * INSTRUMENT AIR /PLANT AIR COMPRESSOR: * Instrument air / plant air compressor is screw compressor motor driven. * JETTY OPERATION: * T- Type jetty which have 04 BD dolphins and 10 Fenders, 05 MLA (Marin Loading Arms) for PX (Parazylene) A.A (Acetic Acid) L.P.G, VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer) and Ethylene. * 03 hose connection for E.D.C (Ethyl Di Chloride) Phosphate Acid and MEG (Mono Ethyl Glycol). * 02 FM’s (Fire Monitor) and water shield protection system installed against fire. * 01 jib crane system which is operated by hydraulic pressure.

*  GE LM6000 PD SPRINT GAS TURBINE: * LM6000 PD is a dual Rotor aerodaravative gas turbine which is consist of 05 stages LPC(Low pressure compressor) and 14 stages HP C(High pressure compressor) with Triple annular combustion chamber , 02 stage HPT(High pressure turbine) and 05 stage LPT(Low pressure turbine). *  NATURAL GAS BOOSTING COMPRESSOR: * 03 Stage Axial Reciprocating Compressor used to boost the natural gas pressure. *  HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATION : * Horizontal type HRSG with signal level steam drum ,H.P Economizer , H.P Evaporator , Main Stack with multi lour Dampens and hydraulic Diverter Dampen. *  GENERATOR SECTION: * LM 6000 engine package consist of Brush Generator which is two pole 03 phase and rated 60.5 MW, 13.8 K v. *  INSTRUMENT AIR /PLANT AIR COMPRESSOR: * Instrument air / plant air compressor is screw compressor motor driven. * WATER TREATMENT PLANT: * 500 Tons/day demin water plant consist of Sand Filters, Carbon Filters, Cation+Anion Ex changer,Mix bed. * REVERSE OSMOSIS: * 02 G.E Reverse Osmosis unit having capacity 210 ton/day.

* CURRENT JOB: * Employer: K.ELECTRIC 248 MW COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT) (Formerly Kesc Karachi Electric Supply Company) * Major Responsibilities are as under: *  Satisfactory Operation of the GE (LM 6000Sprint) Gas Turbine 4x48 MW and Steam Turbine(GE 8-11MC9) implus type 2x28 MW. *  HRSG 130 t/hr start up and handling. *  Ensure smooth operation, safe start up / shut down of Combined Cycle Power Plant during the shift. *  Synchronization of Electric Generator. *  To perform Balance of Plant routines and operation. *  To-maintain detailed Operation Logs. *  To operate Reverse Osmosis plant and produce demine water by EDI .
