* This's a private/ charter aircrafts and work directly for the owner. I'm the only flight attendant for 2 aircraft travelling from Oman around the world. My time management skills had to be impeccable as flight could be organised with sometimes only few hours notices especially charter flight. * I managed all requirements for each flight * Catering and additional requests by the owners/ Guest * Building relationships with all suppliers to ensure speedy service and the best price was achieved when * ordering various items * Customer service – This was of particular importance as on occasion the family would have guests join them. and also for the charter flight where we have different passengers from over the world * Managing visa applications for countries where this was deemed necessary * Safety on the flight.

* My role commenced as cabin crew in Gulf Air ,Manama, Bahrain. * Training was intensive as safety requirements are high in the aviation field. * A steep learning curve learning about safety and service of the aircraft, * Impeccable customer service * More latterly in my career with Gulf Air I was selected to train for Premium class serving in business * class class. * This was an exciting opportunity & helped me to learn how to work in premium service such as a 5 star * hotel, to make our customers feel special * This job taught me how to handle the situation with any type of customers with a win win situation for * all. I have a large number of positive experiences from my time as Premium cabin crew.
