- Active sales of freight forwarding services: to Polish customers - in Polish language, to Czech and Slovak customers - in English language; - Conducting cold calls to clients; - Preparing price offers; - Full management of forwarding processes; - Advising and consultations for clients; - Conducting sales meetings.

- Comprehensive customer service and managing relationships with subcontractors; - Active search for new carriers and service providers; - Cooperation and negotiation with shipping lines; - Cooperation with road carriers; - Cooperation with rail operators; - Cooperation with sea terminals (BCT, GCT, DCT); - Cooperation with rail terminals (PKP, Europort, Agrostop); - Cooperation with air terminals (LS, Welcome, Silver); - Entering and monitoring payments in the company's financial system; - Preparing comprehensive price offers for clients in all types of transport: sea FCL and LCL, rail FCL and LCL, air transport; - Managing communication and coordination with customs agencies, and preparing all necessary documentation for import and export customs procedures.

- Representing the company in state institutions; - Managing foreign transactions for contractors from China, USA, Israel, the Baltic states, Africa, Spain, etc.; - Active client acquisition using cold calling and representation of the company at industry fairs; - Conducting lectures for colleagues in branch and potential clients; - Managing and controlling accounts receivable; - Communication with the bank, managing company accounts, handling foreign currency transactions and preparing financial reports/statements; - Managing air transport of specialized cargo: machinery parts, equipment, security systems, electronics, and battery components (MSQ, DME, SVO, LED); - Organizing and coordinating rail transport (FCL and LCL shipments) on routes to CIS countries and within Europe; - Organizing and coordinating sea transport (LCL, FCL, OOG cargo) using European and Russian ports (RIX, KLP, TLL, RULED, RUNVS, RUVVO); - Planning and executing road transport, mostly as a part of intermodal or last mile delivery, but also as LTL; - Negotiating favorable terms with insurance providers, and processing all policy applications.

- Developing and executing organizational processes for efficient Multimodal department operations and effective risk mitigation. - Growing shipment volumes in key areas: sea FCL and LCL, rail FCL and LCL, air transport, combined (air-road) transport and warehousing. Ports: Klaipeda, Riga, Tallinn, Kotka, RULED. Airports: SVO, DME, MSQ, FRA, RIX, VIE, IST, JFK, HEL. - Supervising the execution of logistics and warehousing services and controlling related operations. - Managing relationships with transport partners, building long-term and beneficial business connections. - Introducing and strictly monitoring the quality standards of services provided. - Controlling the timeliness of payments and the proper and timely flow of documents (including financial documentation). - Overseeing all cargo insurance, negotiating favorable terms with insurance providers, and processing all policy applications.

- Sea and Rail Transport: Organizing the full range of sea (FCL and LCL) and rail (FCL and LCL) shipments. Ports: Klaipeda, Riga, Tallinn, SPB, Novorossiysk. - Managing Air and Combined Shuttle transport. SVO, DME, MSQ, RIX, VIE, FRA, HEL, IST, JFK. - Warehouse Logistics: Planning and supervising warehouse operations (transhipments, storage) in port areas. - Negotiations and Representation: Conducting commercial negotiations with clients and service providers, as well as representing the company in contacts with customs agencies and customs officials. - Managing documents circulation - documents for customs clearance, transport documents and any related docs (POAs, Guarantee letters, etc.), invoices from vendors in any kind of transport.

- Managing container (FCL) and groupage (LCL) transport in full scope. Ports: Riga, Klaipeda, Hamburg, Odessa; - Coordination and supervision of road transport as a part of multimodal delivery; - Organizing and controlling warehouse operations: storage, transhipments, consolidation; - Comprehensive management of transport and customs documentation; - Negotiating terms of cooperation with clients, as well as proactively presenting and offering solutions and rates.

- Verification and review of contracts in the field of corporate, administrative and business legislation; - Verification and review of contracts with clients in the field of transport legislation (road transport, container shipping, rail, air); - Verification of contracts with contractors; - Conducting negotiations with clients and business partners and finalizing (harmonizing) contract terms; - Claiming and debt collection; - Representing the company in legal proceedings.

- Certification and attestation of food products. - Representing the company in institutions and public administration bodies. - Claiming and debt collection. - Legal representation of the company in court proceedings.

- Certification and attestation of consumer electronics. - Coordination of customs and transport formalities related to foreign trade. - Hygienic/sanitary registration processes for products. - Calculation of the economic effectiveness of commercial and logistical operations. - Conducting negotiations and maintaining relations with suppliers. - Supervising the goods loading process. - Verification and control of commercial, customs, and transport documentation.
