Totally involvement in a joint venture with Finolex & Corning incorporated Optical fibre USA regarding Optical fibre preform specifications, drawn Optical fibre specifications, fibre characteristics, measurement methods, and measurement yield. Communication with Corning personnel regarding the quality of fibre and, tested results. Study of various test methodologies. Worked as an interface between product engineers and sales for the products. Basic idea of the manufacturing technique of Optical fibres & Cables. Working knowledge of different types of fibres as per international standards ITU-T (G651, G652, G655, G657) & international test procedure IEC 60793 / 60794. Responsible for Q.A. daily activities, type approvals with the Government. Customer and private customer, providing support to the customer. Responsible for CACT approvals for G652D, G657A1, G655, & G657A2 Optical fibres. Currently working on NABL certification. Responsible for the market development for the products. Execute customers’ orders as per their requirement. Ensured the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service at all times. Familiar with Optical fibre cable laying technique & its accessories. Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 procedure. Awareness of Customers problem. Proficiency in SAP end user. Planning, scheduling & on-time delivery of product. Successfully carried out ISO 9001:2015 implementation, ensured conformance to certification audits conducted by BVQI. Worked as part of Six Sigma. Responsible for all types of testing done on Fibre (Optical, Mechanical, and environmental characteristics, OTDR, CD, PMD, Spectral attenuation, fibre geometry and fibre splicing etc), testing of all types of cable such as unitube, loose tube, armoured, unarmoured and ribbon cable etc. Executing and managing customer inspection & dealing with government & private customers like BSNL, Vodafone Idea, TTSL, Bharti, Ningbo JL, Shenzhen, Sanco International Ltd, Shenzhen SDGI, Wuxi.
