Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Reservations teams to align financial data with eZee PMS and booking systems. Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and WPS, ensuring accuracy and timely settlements. Support internal audits and external auditors with complete documentation and reconciliations. Prepare executive financial dashboards and presentations for management and property owners. Drive process improvement, internal control, and policy development to strengthen financial governance. Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple hospitality properties, delivering timely property P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements and consolidated group reporting. Lead project-based accounting for supply, fabrication, and installation engagements, ensuring accurate cost capture from initiation through handover. Prepare and maintain project cost sheets covering materials, labor, subcontractors, and overhead allocations; monitor profitability, margins, and cost-to-complete signals. Track progress billings, invoices, retentions, variations, and collections; maintain aging dashboards to prioritize follow-ups and protect cash flow. Partner with engineers and project managers to validate BOQs, variations, and supporting documentation; improve accuracy of project profitability reporting. Control supplier payments, advances, and settlement terms; ensure matching of purchase documentation and approvals for strong spend governance. Produce structured management reporting on job profitability, WIP considerations, receivables exposure, and operational cost drivers.
