• I work as an IT engineer with Alshalawi Holding Company in A project with Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu , I am responsible for the Intelligent Transportation system and all its associated operational programs and communicate with vendors and Suppliers . • Also I am responsible of Traffic systems & Server Configuration, Operations & Maintenance between Traffic End-systems and Server Communications, Traffic Enforcement Developments and Traffic study for Royal Commission’s Traffic Management Center at Jubail. Traffic Reports: Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports for Traffic Study. my Work also including : • Designs, implement, and optimize servers and database system mainly Microsoft technologies. • Maintain and develop our ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 and later D365 Business Central knowledge . • Supports computer users and Networks and troubleshoots daily issues. • Full responsibility of company’s infrastructure assets . • ensure that the IT infrastructure is sufficiently robust, scalable, and efficient to deliver the integrated services that supports the processes . Types of Vendors and Scope of Work: o Autoscope: Tera, DeoCameras installation and Alignments configurations for Traffic Controlling. o Barco: Video wall server Transform-A with 16 Display video-wall projectors Maintenance and operations. o Centracs-Server: Maintenance and Update for Centralized Traffic server system in windows server 2008 and 2012 R2 servers. o Daktronics’s: Variable Message sign (416x112 display) Server Configuration and Display Control operation & Maintenance. o Genetic-Security-Center: CCTV Server installation, operation & Maintenance for Traffic Surveillance Camera all over Jubail Industrial city. o Pelco: CCTV NVR server systems for Building Security. o Manage the overall design of the system and solution architecture, taking into consideration system integration and implementation issues .
