Project: Port Klang Refrigerated LPG Terminal, Pulau Indah | Client: GPS Group 1. Interpreted P&ID, GA and Isometric drawings to align site fabrication with ASME B31.3 and B31.8 codes. 2. Monitored daily project activities and prepared detailed progress reports for client reviews, improving transparency and earning consistent project approvals without delays. 3. Collaborated with main contractors on PTI and PTO processes, ensuring all installations followed specific codes, reducing rework and avoiding inspection failures. 4. Prepared monthly progress claims with complete documentation and submitted to HQ and client, resulting in timely payment processing and accurate financial tracking. 5. Validated As-Built documentation, ensuring all piping modifications were accurately recorded for regulatory traceability.

Project: Requalification of 2(two) Spherical Tank 24 cubic meter, Pulau Indah | Client: Solar Gas Sdn Bhd 1. Attend client kick-off meetings and align work plans with project scope, ensuring all stakeholders clearly understood job requirements and reduced project delays through clear communication and planning. 2. Monitored daily site activities to match project schedule, resolved on-site issues quickly, and helped maintain consistent workflow that kept requalification project on time and within scope. 3. Secured DOSH approval for requalification by ensuring strict compliance with API 510 codes with help from third parties. 4. Coordinated with subcontractors and third-party vendors on design changes, ensuring technical compatibility and timely integration of new equipment while avoiding costly rework or project delays.

Project: CCGT 2242MW Power Plant, Melaka | Client: Edra Energy 1. Controlled piping test package development for 2242MW Power Plant, verifying test mediums and methods against pipe specs. 2. Validated design and test pressures to ensure safety limits during hydrostatic and pneumatic testing. 3. Executed punch-list closures and documented site reinstatement for final commissioning.

Project: Installation and Fabrication of Gas Pipeline | Client: Gas Malaysia 1. Directly supervised the installation of 5km of gas pipelines, overseeing fabrication and hydrotesting for industrial clients. 2. Resolved on-site design discrepancies for gas chambers and stations by adjusting ISO drawings to match actual site conditions. 3. Verified material compliance with project specifications to ensure smooth pipeline assembly.
