I actively managed customer portfolios, developed effective sales strategies, and oversaw product procurement and sales operations across İstanbul through my own business. I built strong and sustainable relationships with diverse customer segments, optimized marketing and operational processes to enhance sales performance, and managed all sales and client management processes end-to-end.

Actively contributed to the sales and operations processes at Kormetal, the official distributor of Nokian Tyres in Turkey. Additionally, managed similar sales and operational activities for Kormetal’s steel wheel product line. Utilised the N11 e-commerce infrastructure to effectively oversee sales management, order processing, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Actively participated in a wide range of customs operations for various companies, taking responsibility for the preparation, verification, and approval processes of import and export declarations. Managed the compilation, formatting, and accuracy checks of critical documentation, including commercial invoices, pro forma invoices, and packing lists. Collaborated closely with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure the timely submission of all required paperwork, maintaining full compliance with relevant regulations and operational timelines.

Completed a semester of Business studies through the Erasmus exchange program, collaborating with international students on joint projects and enhancing my intercultural communication skills through active engagement with diverse cultures
