I was part of the founding team at Rows & Columns, a Kerala-based training and consulting startup specializing in Data Analytics. Our consulting projects primarily serve clients in the Middle East, across industries such as Production, Retail, Logistics, and Construction Project Management. My core focus has been on designing and developing Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights across various business verticals. Key Achievements: • Winner of the Quarterly Best Employee Award for excellence in both Consulting and Training departments. • Trained over 200+ professionals and students in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, enhancing their data skills for business impact. Led end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards which won National E-Governance Silver Award : • Project Management System • Water Quality Management System Built real-time analytics solutions using advanced SQL queries and automated stored procedures, powering live business reporting and executive dashboards.


• Managed and optimized a custom web crawler designed to aggregate Hollywood movie trailer links from multiple social media platforms, enabling real-time monitoring of trailer launches and online engagement. • Analyzed buzz and audience reactions to new trailers, preparing comprehensive performance reports at 24-hour, 72-hour, and weekly intervals for major Hollywood releases. • Utilized Excel and SQL Server for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis; leveraged Linux for setting up and maintaining the web crawling infrastructure.

• Collaborated on a strategic HR analytics project for a Kuwait-based company, supporting the client’s efforts to improve workforce planning and decision-making. • Gained exposure to real-world consulting and client communication, strengthening problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation skills.

• Managed the complete sales cycle: cold-calling prospects, booking demo sessions, and converting leads into paid subscribers, despite turbulent business conditions. • Chose to leave BYJU’S after realizing that aspects of the company’s approach no longer aligned with my personal work ethics and integrity.

During my college days, I worked part-time with AKEF Play, a Kerala-based Esports Event Management Startup. We organized several online and offline gaming events across the state, including college fests, LAN tournaments, and sponsored competitions. Key Roles & Contributions: - Social Media Manager Contributed to a 40% growth in social media followers by managing content and campaign strategies. Created performance reports tracking event reach, engagement, and platform analytics — key metrics shared with sponsors and partners. - Initiator – Esports Campus Voyage Conceptualized and introduced "Esports Campus Voyage", a college engagement program combining esports workshops and gaming experience zones during tech fests. Launched the first edition at my own college, managing operations, team coordination, game setups (including Valorant and FIFA), and participant handling. The program saw high participation and success, eventually expanding to multiple engineering colleges across Kerala. - Technical Assistant Assisted the technical crew in setting up gaming infrastructure for both offline LAN events and online tournaments. Helped with live troubleshooting to ensure smooth and uninterrupted event execution.
