 Led end to end DVP and homologation for > 10 battery packs (<13.4 kWh) in mobility & ESS platforms, defining test matrices, coordinating external labs, ensuring compliance with inhouse define experiment & regulatory standard such as AIS-156, IEC 61960, ISO 16750/3, UN 38.3, UL standards etc.  Owned cell level DVP, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) definition and execution including degradation, safety and electrical-thermal characterization testing, enabling data-driven cell selection for production battery programs.  Led battery pack component validation and selection of critical electrical, mechanical components such as enclosures, busbars, fuses, gaskets, Thermal Interface Material (TIM) for cooling solutions, carbon conductive paste to reduce contact resistance in series connections, and structural adhesives for secure cell-to-holder bonding.

 Led end-to-end battery pack thermal simulation using Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) method (geometry cleanup, meshing, solver setup, validation) and achieved experimental validation < 10% deviation, defining operating temperature limits across varying C-rates and ambient conditions.  Evaluated and implemented multiple thermal management architectures such as Phase Change Material (PCM), active air cooling, liquid cold-plate cooling (bottom/side), and immersion cooling across 2W/3W mobility & ESS battery packs, enabling high C-rate operation.  Completed advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) course on ANSYS Fluent with projects involving steady-state and multiphase flow simulations (orifice flow, globe valve and centrifugal pump characterization, cavitation analysis) with automation using journal files and UDF scripting.

1.Spearheaded the acquisition of valuable content for the battery team's knowledge base, contributing to improved collaboration and efficiency. 2.Leveraged thermal simulation to investigate the influence of cell chemistry and State of Charge (SoC) on thermal runaway behavior. 3.Leveraged thermal simulation to analyze the effectiveness of porous vents in mitigating thermal propagation within battery packs. The study focused on how these vents influence pressure buildup and propagation delays.
