I work at Emirates Health Services (EHS UAE) as an IP Billing Analyst in a Joint Commission International–accredited hospital. I have hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management and am familiar with the Wareed system, including PowerChart. In my role, I handle self-pay billing, verify patients’ insurance eligibility, and support day-to-day billing and financial operations. I’m also involved in patient admission and discharge processes, ensuring everything is accurately recorded and processed. I’ve gained experience in the casualty (emergency) section as well, managing urgent cases, coordinating billing under pressure, and making sure patient and insurance details are handled quickly and correctly. My work mainly focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting smooth hospital operations.
